Terms and Conditions

1. Order System (Rules, Mode of Payment, Mode of Delivery)A. Submitting a form means you are ready to order and is 100% sure with it. Placing an order and cancelling it afterwards is strictly prohibited.
B. Downpayments are need to be settled after receiving an order confirmation.
C. Downpayments, first payment and other kind of payments are non-refundable unless; a) the item is cancelled due to limited quantity, b) the said item/s is/are sold out, c) supplier of the said items is a fraud.
D. Late payments are not allowed, unless you informed us right before the deadline your reason, and that reason should be valid so we can extend your deadline. After the deadline adjustment, we will not extend it anymore as it is already extended and that both sides agreed at the said date. Hence, you will be charged a penalty of a 50 pesos per day to be added to your current balance.
E. Mode of payments. As much as possible, we encourage you to send your payments here: GCash, PayMaya, and Unionbank. We do not accept remmitances as mode of payments.
F. Mode of Delivery. We can send your parcel via Gogo Xpress or J&T. For within Metro Manila, we can use Lalamove, Grab, Mr. Speedy and TokTok PH.

2. International and Local shippingG. Delays may occur in terms of international shipping, from Korea to Philippines. It may be; a) because of holidays in korea, b) personal problems of consolidator and/or supplier, c) waiting for other items to arrive at our korean address, and d) due to bad weather. Please do remember that it may take 4-6 weeks for the box to arrive at our Philippine address.
H. Allow us to disinfect, sort and count the number of arrival items before we start packing. It may take us 1 week (minimum) to 3 weeks (maximum) to ship your items.
I. Lalamove, Grab, TokTok PH, or Mr. Speedy shipping are only available on weekdays at my available time only. We are very sorry but we really can't send your items at anytime you want due to personal reasons. We'll contact you if your item is already ready to ship.

3. Lost, Damages & Manufaturer defectJ. We will inform you right away if there's a problem or damage on your item upon arrival from korea/ph. We are not responsible with the said damage, if there is, as it came to us already damaged that is for sure, caused by international shipping.
K. We will send a clear photo of your item/s before packing for a proof that we took good care of your items before shipping them. We are not liable for any damage and loss after shipping your items. In case, you received a damaged or some items are lost, please contact us immediately. We will help you contact the shipping company but refund is not an option.
L. WE REALLY DO ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE UNBOXING VIDEO. Even if it's an album. In case, you receive an album without a CD, or there's a missing item on it, we will help you contact the supplier so they can send the missing items again. But this is not 100% sure. Maybe they'll send maybe not. But at least we, will try. A clear and unedited unboxing video must be sent to us within 24 hours after receiving the items. Damage/flaw must be seen CLEAR on the video. Failure to do so will not be entertained.

4. OVERSTAYING OF ITEMS / FORFEITED ITEMS / BOGUS BUYER & JOY RESERVERM. Customers are urged to collect their parcels in a timely manner in order to avoid additional storage costs.
N. We can store your items for up to 30 days without charge. Penalty fees will be applied if you fail to claim your items after 30 days.
O. For items that is more than 3 months on storage and still no reply from owner after sending the shipping form, the item/s shall be considered abandoned by the customer. Such Parcels may be reclaimed, resold or disposed of at the discretion of Magic Shoppe 7.
P. Magic Shoppe 7 reserves the right to recover any amounts owing to it from the Customer by sale of the said items.
Q. If you happen to be a BOGUS BUYER / JOY RESERVER, all of your details will be posted. (Name, Contact Number, & Social Media Accounts)
